Your Step-by-Step Guide to Getting Started

OPEN THE DOORS

  1. Open the app.

  2. Go to the Reservations tab.

  3. Tap “Tap to Unlock”.

  4. Walk in and past the pool tables.

  5. At the next door, tap “Tap to Unlock” again.

  6. Once inside, open the Reservations tab.

  7. Find your assigned bay under your reservations.

You’re in! Now let’s get your simulator ready.

GETTING INTO THE FACILITY

First things first: check the computer!

  1. Look at the screen. If it’s dark, move the mouse or tap a key to wake it up.

  2. Wait a few seconds for the screen to come on.

If the computer is already on, you’re ready for the next step!

Pro tip: If nothing happens, check that the computer is powered on. Still stuck? Ask the team for help.

CHECK YOUR COMPUTER

Let’s get your screen up and running!

  1. Find the white projector remote in your bay.

  2. Stand where nothing blocks the line between you and the projector.

  3. Point the remote directly at the projector, not the screen.

  4. Press the Power button once.

  5. Wait for the beep and the green indicator light.

  6. Give it about 30 seconds to warm up and show the image.

Pro tip: If nothing happens, move a step closer, check the remote’s batteries, and try again. Still stuck? Ask the team for help.

    • Work on your swing without playing a full round.

    • Play a full round on a course of your choice.

  • GAMES

    • Challenge yourself or your friends with fun competitive games.

CHOOSE YOUR EXPERIENCE

Just want to hit some balls? The Range is for you!

  1. Select Practice.

  2. Select Range.

  3. Select your club.

  4. Follow the on-screen prompts.

  5. Get comfortable and start hitting!

Use the Range to warm up, work on your technique, or just enjoy a bucket of virtual balls.

HOW TO USE THE PRACTICE RANGE

TRACKMAN CALIBRATION

Let’s get your simulator calibrated! Before you start, make sure your bay is set up and the screen is on.

Choose the option that matches your setup. Auto Target is the quickest, so start there.

Option 1: Auto Target

  1. Open the calibration options.

  2. Select Auto Target.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

  4. Wait for calibration to finish.

Option 2: Manual Tee Calibration

  1. Open the calibration options and select Manual.

  2. Place the tee against the screen.

  3. Watch the top of the screen for the tee-to-screen distance.

  4. When the distance appears, follow the remaining on-screen steps.

Pro tip: Your TrackMan screen may show slightly different steps than the ones above. Always follow what it tells you. If calibration doesn’t finish, ask the team for help.
