Property & Equipment Damage

Customers are responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, intentional conduct, or failure to follow Block Golf policies and safety rules.

This includes damage to:

  • Trackman and simulator equipment

  • Simulator screens and enclosures

  • Projectors, monitors, computers, cameras, sensors, and electronics

  • Hitting mats and golf equipment

  • Furniture and fixtures

  • Doors and access-control equipment

  • Lockers

  • Signage, décor, and other facility property

For damage-related infractions, the reservation holder may be charged the reasonable cost of inspection, service, repair, replacement, installation, or other work necessary to restore the property.

Normal wear and tear resulting from proper use is not considered an infraction.

Responsibility for Charges

The reservation holder is responsible for applicable charges resulting from their own actions or the actions of their guests.

When the exact cost of damage, repair, replacement, or service cannot be determined immediately, Block Golf may assess the charge after the incident has been reviewed and the applicable costs have been determined.

Infraction fees are separate from costs incurred as a direct result of the violation. For example, an applicable infraction fee does not replace responsibility for repair, replacement, cleaning, additional reservation time, or other costs resulting from the incident.

Repeated or Serious Infractions

Depending on the nature, severity, and frequency of an infraction, Block Golf may:

  • Issue a warning

  • End a reservation without refund

  • Temporarily suspend booking or facility access

  • Cancel a membership or account

  • Permanently restrict an individual from Block Golf facilities

Serious safety violations, intentional property damage, theft, threatening behavior, or other significant misconduct may result in immediate suspension or termination without a prior warning.

Other Infractions

Not every possible violation can be specifically listed.

Violations of Block Golf policies that result in additional costs, property damage, safety concerns, significant disruption, or misuse of the facility may result in an infraction fee of up to $100, plus any reasonable costs resulting from the violation.
