membership POLICY

BLOCK GOLF MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Billing & Minimum Commitment

  • Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis with no minimum commitment.

  • Memberships continue month-to-month until canceled.

  • Membership fees are automatically charged to the payment method on file.

  • Membership benefits renew at the beginning of each billing cycle.

  • Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file.

  • Membership access and benefits may be suspended if payment cannot be processed.

Reservation Passes

Block Pro and Block Pro + Locker members receive a set number of Reservation Passes per billing cycle.

  • Each pass covers one 1-hour reservation.

  • Each reservation may include up to 4 total players, including the member.

  • Passes may be used during Reduced and Off-Peak hours only.

  • A maximum of 2 Reservation Pass may be used per day.

  • The member must be present for any reservation booked using their Reservation Pass.

  • Passes are for the member's personal use and may not be sold, transferred, shared with another account, or exchanged for cash or credit.

  • Unused passes expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

  • Once all included passes have been used, additional reservations may be booked at the applicable member rate.

Reservations & Member Pricing

  • Membership does not guarantee bay availability. All reservations are subject to availability.

  • Members may book reservations up to 14 days in advance.

  • Reservations have a 1-hour minimum and additional time may be booked in 1-hour increments.

  • Members must leave the bay at the end of their reserved time unless additional time has been booked and is available.

  • Member pricing is based on the Peak, Reduced, or Off-Peak classification of the reservation time.

  • Peak, Reduced, and Off-Peak schedules may vary by location.

Guests

Members may bring guests as part of their reservation.

  • Each reservation may include up to 4 total players, including the member.

  • Guests do not need to have their own Block Golf membership.

  • The member who booked the reservation must be present.

  • Membership benefits and Reservation Passes belong to the member and cannot be transferred to a guest.

  • Members are responsible for their guests and for making sure guests follow Block Golf facility rules and policies.

Reservation Cancellations & No-Shows

Membership reservations are subject to the standard Block Golf reservation cancellation and no-show policy.

Membership Cancellation

  • Monthly Memberships

    • Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time with no minimum commitment.

    • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.

    • Members may continue using their membership and remaining benefits through the end of that billing cycle.

    • Membership fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated.

    • Unused Reservation Passes and other membership benefits expire when the membership ends and have no cash value.

  • Prepaid Memberships

    • Prepaid memberships are purchased for a fixed term and are non-refundable and non-proratable once activated. Members retain access to their membership benefits through the end of the prepaid term, but ending use of the membership early does not result in a refund or credit for the remaining term.

Changing Membership Plans

Members may upgrade or downgrade their membership at any time through Account Settings in the Block Golf app.

  • Upgrades take effect immediately, and the new membership benefits become available upon upgrade.

  • Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Members will retain their current plan and benefits through the end of the current billing cycle.

Prepaid Membership Plans

Block Golf may offer prepaid membership options from time to time. Availability, pricing, and eligibility may vary, and prepaid plans may not be available for purchase directly through the Block Golf app.

When a prepaid membership is purchased:

  • The full membership fee is charged upfront in a single payment.

  • Membership benefits begin immediately upon activation.

  • The membership remains active for the full prepaid term. For a six-month prepaid membership, the term is 183 days from the activation date.

  • Prepaid memberships do not automatically renew unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

  • Prepaid membership fees are non-refundable and non-proratable once the membership has been activated.

  • Canceling or choosing not to use the membership before the end of the prepaid term does not entitle the member to a full or partial refund, credit, or reimbursement for unused time or benefits.

  • Membership benefits remain available through the expiration date unless the membership is terminated by Block Golf for a violation of applicable policies.

  • Any unused membership benefits expire when the prepaid membership term ends.

Member-Only Events

Active members may receive access to designated member-only events and programming.

  • Specific events and benefits may vary.

  • Member events may require advance registration.

  • Additional fees may apply to certain events.

  • Event capacity may be limited.

  • Membership does not guarantee admission to a sold-out or capacity-limited event.

Locker Policies

Private lockers are available only at participating Block Golf locations and are subject to availability.

Members with an active locker benefit receive one assigned locker.

  • Locker access is billed monthly at the applicable rate.

  • Locker access automatically renews until canceled.

  • When locker access ends, all personal belongings must be removed by the end of the applicable paid period.

General Membership Terms

  • Memberships are for individual use and may not be shared or transferred.

  • Membership benefits have no cash value.

  • Membership does not guarantee reservation availability.

  • Members must comply with Block Golf facility rules and policies.

  • Members are responsible for the conduct of guests included in their reservations.

  • Block Golf may modify membership benefits, pricing, operating hours, or membership terms with appropriate notice to members.
