Locker POLICY
BLOCK GOLF Locker POLICY
Private lockers are available at participating Block Golf locations and are subject to availability.
Fees & Billing
Locker access is billed monthly at the applicable rate.
Locker fees automatically renew until canceled.
A valid payment method must remain on file.
Locker access may be terminated for failed or past-due payments.
Locker Assignment
Each active locker account is assigned one locker.
Locker assignments are made by Block Golf.
Lockers may not be transferred, shared, or reassigned to another person.
Block Golf may reassign a locker when reasonably necessary for operational, maintenance, or safety reasons.
Locks & Access
Block Golf will provide a lock for each assigned locker.
Members are responsible for setting and managing their own custom lock code and keeping it secure.
Block Golf is not responsible for lost keys, forgotten combinations, or the cost of removing or replacing a member-provided lock.
Block Golf may remove a lock and access a locker when reasonably necessary for safety, maintenance, suspected policy violations, emergencies, or after locker access has ended.
Storage Restrictions
Lockers are intended for personal golf equipment and related personal belongings.
The following may not be stored in lockers:
Food or other perishable items
Alcohol or illegal drugs
Flammable, explosive, hazardous, or toxic materials
Firearms or other weapons
Illegal or stolen property
Items that create an odor, sanitation issue, pest risk, or safety concern
Any other item prohibited by law or Block Golf policy
Block Golf may require the immediate removal of prohibited or unsafe items.
Personal Property
Members store property in lockers at their own risk.
Block Golf is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced property stored in a locker, except where otherwise required by law.
Members are responsible for securing their locker after each use.
Cancellation & End of Locker Access
Locker access continues through the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.
All personal belongings and the member-provided lock must be removed by the end of the final paid period.
Any property remaining after locker access ends will be treated as abandoned property.
Block Golf may remove the lock and empty the locker once locker access has ended.
Abandoned Property
Property left in a locker after locker access ends will be held for up to 30 days.
Block Golf may remove and store items left behind during this period.
The former locker holder is responsible for contacting Block Golf and arranging retrieval.
After 30 days, unclaimed property may be discarded, donated, or otherwise handled as permitted by applicable law.
Block Golf is not responsible for storing abandoned property beyond the 30-day period.
General Rules
Lockers are for personal storage only and may not be used for commercial purposes.
Members are responsible for keeping the locker and surrounding area clean and undamaged.
Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement charges.
Block Golf may terminate locker access for misuse, prohibited storage, nonpayment, or violation of these policies.
