Cancellation POLICY

BLOCK GOLF CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations are subject to the following cancellation terms:

Cancellations 24+ Hours in Advance
Reservations canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Payments are refunded to the original payment method.

  • If a Reservation Pass was used, the pass is returned to the member's account.

Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours in Advance
Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, but before the reservation begins, are non-refundable.

  • Cancel before your reservation begins and you'll receive 10% of the reservation value as Block Golf credit.

  • If a Reservation Pass was used, the pass is forfeited and will not be returned.

  • Block Golf credits issued for late cancellations are non-refundable and have no cash value.

15-Minute Booking Grace Period
Reservations canceled within 15 minutes of the original booking time are eligible for a full refund, regardless of how close the reservation is to the scheduled start time.

  • Payments are refunded to the original payment method.

  • If a Reservation Pass was used, the pass is returned to the member's account.

No-Shows
Customers who do not cancel before the scheduled start time and do not use their reservation are considered a no-show.

  • No-shows receive no refund or Block Golf credit.

  • If a Reservation Pass was used, the pass is forfeited and will not be returned.
